The patent-pending LOTUS pumpover head gently and uniformly distributes juice -- even if unfiltered or mixed with whole berries -- over the cap in tanks of any size without excessive bruising or misting.  Over the past year, Vintuitive Winemaking Tools' team iteratively designed LOTUS from the ground up using state of the art CAD software and rapid prototyping technologies.

LOTUS is made in the Napa Valley, using 304 Stainless Steel and other food-safe materials.  By using molds made with 3D printers, they weren’t limited by the shapes that standard machine tools can make.  The resulting functional, elegant design represents a shift for both Vinnovation and the entire winemaking industry.  LOTUS is continuously adjustable, compact, has few moving parts, and is easy to install and clean.  

The LOTUS pumpover head comes in 3 sizes to ensure a proper fit with your tank.  Custom configurations are also available, upon request.  

The Ace Venturi is designed by Vintuitive Winemaking Tools, LLC. When it comes to high performance venturi action, this is the one you want. After a year of R&D on what makes a great venturi, the Ace has all the clean-ability and the increased air draw of the Super Venturi, but has less back pressure, making it much easier to use with centrifugal pumps. It consists of a custom stainless steel “T” and 2 inserts that slide into each end of the “T”. The inserts are available in either stainless steel or food-grade plastic, both having the same performance characteristics. Other venturis on the market have some form of hidden air passageway with limited access for cleaning. For someone who wants to keep everything as clean and sanitary as possible, the Ace Venturi is a dream come true. Also used for vegan cheese, cider, kombucha & mead production.

Fizz-X Drill Bit - all stainless steel. Attach the Fizz-X to a drill to effectively remove gas from home-made wine. It can also be used to aerate wort prior to adding yeast. De-gassing ensures faster and more effective clearing and aging.
