The BoilerMaker Surface™ electric brewing kettle, with built-in 240v heating element, by Blichmann Engineering. Available in 10 gallon and 20 gallon sizes.

No exposed heating element! Clean less, brew more. The heating element is bonded to the underside of the kettle. Electric Surface Heating Technology eliminates the "hard to clean" immersion heating element, making your brew day hassle-free and convenient. Significantly faster and easier to clean than internal immersion heating elements.

Please note: the Surface™ cannot be plugged in directly. It must be used with a power controller, such as the Blichmann BrewCommander™ Brewhouse Controller.

• Precise linear control of power from 0-100% with a fast-acting power knob.
• Drive up to five heating elements simultaneously with a single Power Controller, using the optional Relay Modules.  Please note this is only available for the 240V model.
