With a capacity of 30L in its funnel, you can load it right up, and shred your fruit to pieces, ready to be pressed into delicious juice or cider!

The Speidel motorized fruit crusher shreds apples and pears in an optimum manner; not too coarse, not too fine – exactly the right size of cut to guarantee you the highest possible yield when juicing (without fruit pulp in the juice) as well as speedy fermentation. You can process up to 2,200lb/hour.

This manual crusher was especially conceived to handle grapes and other fruits. Round fruits such as apples would bounce above the rollers if it were not for the set of blades that will both cut the fruit and hold it down.

The unit comes complete with a stainless steel hopper and metal handles, making it rugged in its construction.

The Zambelli T-25 Single-Speed Flexible Impeller Pump is suited for decanting wine and alimentary liquids. The 1.0 HP motor pumps 42 liters (11 gallons) per minute. It is constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The flexible impeller is made of food-grade high density EPDM (a far more durable and chemically resiliant substance than traditional rubber or silicone), giving it the ability to transfer fermenting wine with sediment and debris (not must). Suction is ambivalent in both rotating directions and the unbroken flow avoids shaking the transferred juices. The pump is outfitted with an integrated bypass valve to reduce the outflow rate. Includes stainless steel "Export Trolley" cart.
