    Dextrose is a simple sugar derived from corn.

    This adjunct is commonly used to add aditional gravity of beer without increasing thickness or maltiness, or in the carboating stage by providing yeast with sugar to ferment.

    Lactose is a sugar that is present in milk, and gives it its sweetness.

    Non-fermentable to yeast, milk sugar is used to add sweetness to drier beers and to make Sweet or Milk Stouts.

    Heading powder is used to promote head retention. 

    This product may also be used for soda pop, cider, or other sparkling beverages.

    Contains dextrose and gum arabic. 

    Use 5g per 23L of beer. At bottling time, add heading powder to about 500mL cold beer and mix thoroughly. Add to your batch and stir.
