pH Meters

Hanna's pHep^®5 waterproof tester is an advanced pH meter that has many features found in more expensive portable and benchtop meters. This ergonomic meter measures from -2.00 to 16.00 pH with an accuracy of ±0.05 pH. pHep^®5 features automatic one or two-point calibration to known buffer, automatic temperature compensation. The large multi level LCD display shows both pH and temperature readings simultaneously, while a stability indicator is displayed to alert the user when a stable reading has been obtained. The pHep®5 tester also features a replaceable pH probe that has a unique extendable cloth junction to clear any clogging that occurs.

The Hanna Instruments HI99111 is a durable, waterproof, and portable pH and temperature meter designed specifically for measurement of juices including grape juice and wine must. Automatic calibration is performed at one or two points with two sets of buffers. The calibration buffers include a pH 3.00 calibration point instead of pH 4.01 in order to better bracket the expected pH value. All calibration and measurement readings are automatically compensated for temperature variations. The split-level LCD displays both pH and temperature readings, along with indicators for reading stability, battery percentage, and calibration instructions. The HI99111 uses the FC10483 glass body, amplified pH electrode that offers numerous features that improve pH testing for a variety of juices with a high solids content.

The HI10480 is a digital pH electrode with built-in temperature sensor. This application specific electrode is designed for measuring pH in wine and must.  Measuring the pH of wine is a critical step to ensure the quality of a final product.

This electrode features a built-in microchip that stores sensor type, serial number, and calibration information. It also features a double junction reference, Clogging Prevention System (CPS) technology, glass body, and spherical tip. This probe is designed for use with compatible Hanna meters with a 3.5 mm input.
