Replacement Electrodes

The HI73127 is a spare pH tester electrode that is compatible with: HI98129, and HI98130 Combo multiparameter testers, HI98127 and HI98128 pHep® testers, and HI98121 ORP tester. These meters also use HI73127 replaceable electrode that has a stainless steel round connector and extendable cloth junction. This cartridge design has no pins to line up or that can break.

The HI1048P is a glass body, refillable, sleeve junction pH electrode with a BNC and pin connector. The pin connector is used to enable the CAL Check function of the HI2221, HI2222, and HI2223 benchtop meters.

This electrode features a double junction reference, Hanna’s Clogging Prevention System (CPS™) technology and spherical glass sensing bulb made with general purpose glass. This pH electrode is ideal for wine must and juice due to their high solids content that would clog a standard general purpose pH electrode.

The HI3148B/50 is a glass body, refillable, open junction ORP electrode with a BNC connector. This electrode features a double junction reference, Hanna’s Clogging Prevention System (CPS™) reference junction and platinum sensing ring.

Replacement SO2 probe for the SC-100, SC-100A & SC-300 SO2 Analyzers. Simply rinse with deionized (distilled) water when done with measuring SO2 and let it air dry. The SO2 electrode does not need to be stored in any solution and should last for a long time but be careful not to bend the wires at the end of the electrode.

This electrode has a female BNC end, compatible with the male BNC connector on Analyzers manufactured after Feb 2016. Check your unit! You may need an adapter.

If your unit has a female RCA connector, you need a male BNC x male RCA adapter (30249-2-RCA).

If your unit has a female BNC connector, you need a male BNC x male BNC adapter (30249-2-BNCM).

The FC2143 is a titanium body, gel filled, single reference junction pH electrode. This electrode features low temperature glass and an extendable cloth type junction, along with a built-in temperature sensor and amplifier in a single probe design.

This design consideration is ideal for measuring the pH of mash or wort during the beer making process. The FC2143 is the replacement pH/temperature probe supplied with the HI99151 portable meter for beer.

The HI10480 is a digital pH electrode with built-in temperature sensor. This application specific electrode is designed for measuring pH in wine and must.  Measuring the pH of wine is a critical step to ensure the quality of a final product.

This electrode features a built-in microchip that stores sensor type, serial number, and calibration information. It also features a double junction reference, Clogging Prevention System (CPS) technology, glass body, and spherical tip. This probe is designed for use with compatible Hanna meters with a 3.5 mm input.

The FC214D is a titanium body, gel filled, single reference junction pH electrode. This electrode features high temperature glass and an extendable cloth type junction, along with a built-in temperature sensor and amplifier in a single probe design.

This design consideration is ideal for measuring the pH of mash or wort during the beer making process. The FC214D is the replacement pH/temperature probe supplied with the HI99151 portable meter for beer.

The HI10482 HALO is a Bluetooth Smart (Bluetooth 4.0) pH and temperature electrode with Hanna’s Clogging Prevention System (CPS).

This electrode has a unique ground glass junction coupled with a PTFE sleeve to prevent particulates within a sample from clogging the junction. In addition to the specialized junction, the HI10482's glass body and spherical sensing bulb make it ideal for use in a wide variety of applications. All readings are transmitted directly to the HI2202 edge^blu or a compatible Apple or Android device running the Hanna Lab App.

Since the features of the HI10482 HALO electrode are of great benefit to winemakers, the average pH of wine has influenced the choice of calibration buffers when paired with a compatible meter. Generally, a pH between 3 and 4 is optimal for most wines. To increase accuracy and ensure the expected readings are bracketed between the calibration points, pH 3.00 calibration buffer is displayed in lieu of pH 4.01 buffer when this application-specific HALO is connected to the Hanna Lab App.

The HI12301 is a plastic body, double junction, gel filled pH electrode with a matching pin and built-in temperature sensor for temperature compensated measurements in a single probe design. This probe connects to the meter with a 3.5 mm connector. The 3.5 mm connector is proprietary to meters that use digital electrodes.

The matching pin integrated into the HI12301 is for the Sensor Check™ capability of the edge pH meter; this feature is used to identify problems with the pH electrode such as cracks in the sensing glass or poor condition of the reference junction.

The HI12301 electrode features a built-in microchip that stores sensor type, serial number, and calibration information. It also features a single ceramic junction and the spherical pH sensing portion is made with low temperature glass. The electrode has a rugged PEI (polyetherimide) body that has the chemical resistance of a glass body in an unbreakable plastic making it ideal for field and industrial applications.
