Usage
Rinse the surface to be cleaned using warm water to remove all loose soil.
Prepare an adequate volume of drinking water at a temperature between 20 and 60 ° C (typically 10% of the volume of the container to be cleaned) by accurately measuring the weight of Cleanskin-K.
Slowly add the powder to the water, mixing until a homogeneous solution is obtained. Initially, the prepared solution will have a milky appearance but will soon be clarified. Once the solution is clarified, it is ready for use. Cleanskin-K can be used manually or with automated on-site cleaning systems (CIP).
The contact time depends on the temperature and quality of the water, the amount of Cleanskin-K used and the turbulence of the contact. The average contact time is 20 minutes. When tank is clean, drain the solution and rinse with potable water to remove all residual Cleanskin-K.
Note: cleaning is most effective when soft or treated water is used.
Storage
Store in a dry, odorless environment at a temperature between 10 to 20 °C (50 and 68 °F), away from direct sunlight.
