This filter uses 40 - 40cm x 40cm pads and connects to your existing tubing setup with the unit's standard 1.5" Tri Clamp fittings.

The frame is AISI 304 stainless steel and comes complete with 3 casters and has a 220 V, 0.8 HP Jes8 Pump bolted to its frame. A crossover plate is included with this unit and can be inserted into the flow to allow for 2-stage filtration and the unit also comes with a sight glass to monitor filter progress.

The Vintage Shop MonsterBrite Plate Filter has two gaskets (O’Rings), perfectly sealing the inner ring with both plates.

• Easy to assemble, has a unique fastening system, the filter plates have slots instead of holes.
• The surface area of this filter will extract more yeast and particles than other commonly used filters.
• The MonsterBrite Plate Filter requires 8.75" diameter pads (not included). For each filtering session you will require two filter pads, of the same micron.
• For filtering you can use The Vintage Shop Pressurized 3.5 Gallon Tank, an electric pump (test with water first), or any other mechanism to push the wine/beer through the filter. Also you can filter by gravity (check videos on this website).

The Filter Pro will process up to 8 L of spirit at a time using 500 g of Still Spirits Activated Finishing Carbon. With easy-to-use tri-clamps, flow control and a removable door and wall mount, polishing your spirit is no longer a chore.

Replacement O-ring for the Monsterbrite Round Plate Filter

This Pyrex (High Temp and High Alcohol Content) inline filter housing is designed to be used in conjunction with an Enolmaster Bottle Filler to filter wine, oil, spirits, high temp liquids, and oils or other viscous beverages inline as you are bottling. Saves time by eliminating a separate step by filtering and bottling at the same time. This filter unit is placed inline between the wine and the Enolmatic Filler itself. The Enolmaster will draw wine from your tanks or barrel and pull the wine through your filter housing. The Tandem Pro housing holds THREE filter cartridges. NOT INCLUDED

Filters are available in 5, 1, 0.5 and 0.2 micron and 0.45 Absolute. Also available for oils are stainless steel filters rated at 5, 10 and 50 microns. The filter cartridges used with this housing can be cleaned and re-sanitized for future useage
