This Pyrex (High Temp and High Alcohol Content) inline filter housing is designed to be used in conjunction with an Enolmaster Bottle Filler to filter wine, oil, spirits, high temp liquids, and oils or other viscous beverages inline as you are bottling. Saves time by eliminating a separate step by filtering and bottling at the same time. This filter unit is placed inline between the wine and the Enolmatic Filler itself. The Enolmaster will draw wine from your tanks or barrel and pull the wine through your filter housing. The Tandem Pro housing holds THREE filter cartridges. NOT INCLUDED

Filters are available in 5, 1, 0.5 and 0.2 micron and 0.45 Absolute. Also available for oils are stainless steel filters rated at 5, 10 and 50 microns. The filter cartridges used with this housing can be cleaned and re-sanitized for future useage

Turbo 500 Condenser 

The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top 

The Pot Still Alembic Condenser is best used with the T500 Boiler and the Pot Still Alembic Dome Top. It is best to use the dome and condenser for best quality results and maximum copper-vapour interaction.

This condenser is what differentiates this still from the T500. It is what retains the flavour rather than stripping it out by refluxing.

This comes with a thermometer, tubing and tap adaptor set.

Required hole size: 47mm

The Pot Still Alembic Dome Top is copper and fits on to your T500 Boiler. This can be used in place of the T500 Boiler's stainless steel lid. The large copper surafce area of this dome top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. 

This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
