Hanna's pHep^®5 waterproof tester is an advanced pH meter that has many features found in more expensive portable and benchtop meters. This ergonomic meter measures from -2.00 to 16.00 pH with an accuracy of ±0.05 pH. pHep^®5 features automatic one or two-point calibration to known buffer, automatic temperature compensation. The large multi level LCD display shows both pH and temperature readings simultaneously, while a stability indicator is displayed to alert the user when a stable reading has been obtained. The pHep®5 tester also features a replaceable pH probe that has a unique extendable cloth junction to clear any clogging that occurs.

Vinmetrica’s SC-200 Measures pH and TA (Titratable Acidity) levels in wines easily, accurately and quickly. Knowing your pH and your TA parameters is essential during the winemaking process to insure you are making the highest quality wines.

The Vinmetrica SC-300 Pro Kit improves on the SC-300. Includes everything in the SC-300 Kit plus an Electrode Holder, 25 mL Glass Burette, Magnetic Stirrer, Double Burette Clamp, Lab Support Stand and Rinse Bottle. The 25 mL burette is easier than a 10 mL burette when you are conducting multiple tests. 

The SC-300 analyzer gives accurate SO2, pH and TA values. Kit includes everything to perform about 50 sulfite tests and 30 TA tests: both electrodes, all reagents, pipettes, syringe and beaker.

The Vinmetrica SC-300 Pro Kit improves on the SC-300. Includes everything in the SC-300 Kit plus an Electrode Holder, 10 mL Glass Burette, Magnetic Stirrer, Double Burette Clamp, Lab Support Stand and Rinse Bottle. The Pro Kit is also available with a 25 mL burette (30247-25), which is easier when you are conducting multiple tests.

Wine pH test strips are used to test the pH of the juice prior to fermentation, but can also be used to test the pH of kombucha tea.

The narrow-range Beer pH test strip, pH 4.6-6.2, is used for testing beer mash.

This pH buffer is increasingly common for pH meters meant for wine. Most pH meters we carry use only 4 and 7, but 3 is used by some meters made specifically for wine.
