HI7004L is a premium quality pH 4.01 calibration solution. Hanna calibration buffers have the lot number and expiration date clearly marked on the label and are air tight with a tamper-proof seal to ensure the quality of the solution. Hanna’s line of calibration buffers have been specially formulated to have an expiration of 5 years from the date of manufacture for an unopened bottle.

The narrow-range Beer pH test strip, pH 4.6-6.2, is used for testing beer mash.

Wine pH test strips are used to test the pH of the juice prior to fermentation, but can also be used to test the pH of kombucha tea.

The pH 4.01 Reference solution is for calibrating the SC-200 and the SC-300 Analyzers for pH and TA measurements.

The pH 7 Reference solution is for calibrating the SC-200 and the SC-300 Analyzers.

This pH buffer is increasingly common for pH meters meant for wine. Most pH meters we carry use only 4 and 7, but 3 is used by some meters made specifically for wine.
