Strong yeast supporting structure and tannic impact in red wines. 

Treatment aim: Oenoferm® Structure is especially suitable for making full-bodied red wines with a pronounced, but balanced tannin structure. 

Product and effect: Tannins positively affect the structure of red wine and emphasize the typical berry and nut aromas. 

Malolactic fermentation can be performed easily. 

Recommended fermentation temperature: 18–28 °C Alcohol tolerance: 15% by vol. 

Dosage 20–40 g/100 L
