Yeast Oenoferm Wild & Pure- 500g

This Torulaspora delbrückii wild yeast is particularly appropriate for developing complexity, creaminess and a long mouthfeel in both red and white wines. Wild & pure can be combined with other yeasts so that you can really get the most out of the grape. This yeast enhances aromatic characteristics thanks to increased ester formation which provides notes of yellow fruits. In addition, the yeast produces only small amounts of SO₂, acetaldehyde and volatile acids.
