Festa Brew 23L Wheat Kit

This 23L beer kit produces a clean North-American style wheat beer. Light straw colour, and low hop bitterness make this a very refreshing and thirst quenching drink. While North-American wheat beers don't express the "big banana" characteristics that their German cousin, the Hefewiesen does; you can still boost up the fruitiness by fermenting at the higher end of the temperature range.
