Rahr The Brewer’s Standard™ 2-Row Malt is made from a blend of premium barley varieties grown in Canada. It is celebrated for its mild sweetness, moderate protein, and good extract yield. Clean, neutral, and pale gold in colour, it provides an ideal foundation for showing off aromatic hops, specialty malts, expressive yeast strains, and other flavourings.
