The Dujardin-Salleron pressure tester, or aphrometer, is equipped with a piercing system attached to an airtight fixing system (Ø29). It shows the pressure instantaneously or permanently on a bottle stoppered with a 29mm crown cap (tinned iron and aluminum-stainless steel alloy). It can also be used to control the pressure increase during secondary fermentation, in the bottle.
The pressure tester permanently or intermittently tests the pressure of bottles stoppered with a tinned iron or aluminum-stainless steel alloy crown. with or without a plastic bidule. It is also used to control the second fermentation of sparkling wines. A seal ensures that the whole bottle top is airtight.
