These flavours can highly benefit darker beers such as Porters, and Stouts, but also give a complex twist to Imperial beers, and Barley Wines.

These chips are sanitized using a nitrogen purge and are ready to use right out of the bag.
 

Usage:

- Add 2 oz of chips per 5 gallons of beer during secondary fermentation
- Age beer on chips for 5 days
- Sample your beer
- If a more intense flavoring is required, allow another 5 days of aging before sampling again
 
Storing your chips: 
 
- Store remaining chips in an airtight container
- Re-sanitize chips by soaking in a similar spirit for 48 hours before use
- Soak in a ratio of 1 oz. of chips to 1 oz. of spirits
