Also called a water press or a Hydropress. 

This is a very efficient style of press that does not require brute force to get the job done, and will extract more juice and less tannin than a ratchet press. 

Use with crushed and destemmed grapes as is. If you are pressing berries a MESH SCREEN (sold separately) can be placed on the inside of the cage to prevent the small seeds from plugging the exit holes.
