Our smallest barrel will hold a 750ml bottle of liquor or wine. It may be small but it is packed full of flavor. In fact it is our fastest aging barrel. 

American White Oak. Medium char. Handmade from reclaimed barrels. Includes a bung, spigot, stand, paper funnel and instruction card.

If you want to make a small batch of a new flavor then the 1 liter is a way to do a test batch to get the flavors and timing just right before making a big batch.
