Cool your fermenting must or wine using this easy-to-install, stainless steel cooling plate that can be inserted into the lid of a larger Variable Volume Fermenter. Cold water or glycol is circulated through the cooling plates to reduce and control the temperature of your ferment.
You drill two 1-1/16" to 1-1/8" holes into the lid. *Not quite as pictured - does not have weldless bulkheads.
