Medium Crystal Malt, Crystal 70/80L Malt, from Bairds Malting, UK.

Stewed and then roasted longer at high temperatures, giving intense and dark toffee/caramel flavors.

Used to give the characteristic colour and flavour of UK bitters and pale ales. Imparts toffee, caramel, sweet, nutty, stewed fruit, treacle, raisin flavours and red hues.

Bulk grain by the kg in stock. Full bag by request.
