Fermivin A33 Cabernet (Formerly Cepage) - 500g
(Strain L331) Enhances varietal characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon, especially aromas of blackberry, chocolate, and tobacco. It improves tanning extraction and polymerization, increasing mouth feel and producing well-rounded wines.
Highly suited to the fermentation of Cabernet wines; this yeast also has low volatile acidity production, generally less than 0.2 g/l, Low H2S and SO2 production
Best at 25º-30º C (77º-86ºF).
