Optimal conditions for wine filtration: - polishing function optimum: 35gal/hr/sheet maximum: 50gal/hr/sheet Maximum differential pressure: 45psi (3 bar) effective filer area 1.54sqft (0.143 meter sq.) To sanitize use: sulfur dioxide @1000ppm or 5% citric acid solution. Recirculate sheets with product for a minimum of 10 minutes prior to use. To use properly: maintain consistent of flow and pressure throughout filtration insert sheets properly with grade facing outlet plates maintain back pressure of 10-15psi for still wines and 1+atm for carbonated item
