An ultra premium, fine grain oak void of sapwood, bark and knots and air-dried for 24 months. Toasted to a medium level. Convection toasted for thorough and uniform results.

This pack of two is ideal for 23L, each spiral can flavour 3 gallons, and can be split up to achieve desired flavour intensity.
