Imparting a unique, passionfruit forward aroma with hints of citrus and peach, this hop has gained massive popularity with both professional craft brewers and homebrewers alike. Unfortunately, Galaxy can a difficult variety  for a brewer to get their hands on, as it is currently only grown in Australia.

Galaxy is known for its characteristic Citrus and Passionfruit flavours/aromas, and added late into the boil can produce a very fruit forward beer. In time the flavours can subside as the beer matures, however drinking it while the beer is young ensures that you get the most of its fruity punch!
