Hungarian Oak Staves

Fire toasted to a Medium level, these Hungarian oak staves make a great substitute to oak cubes!

Cut thicker than cubes, these staves measures 3/4" wide by 8" long, and allows greater penetration and extraction of levels of toast inside of the wood.

Heavy Toast is available by special order.

 

Aproximate Flavour Contributions: Hungarian oak has a high perceived emphasis on vanillin, leathery and black pepper notes, with roasted coffee and bittersweet chocolate
