Liquid Excel 425 is a highly concentrated alkaline based cleaner for use in Clean In Place (CIP), spray, or soak cleaning.
This product may be used in bottling plants, Breweries/Wineries, meat processing plants, canneries, and other food processing plants.
Liquid Excel 425's high alkalinity and excellent cleaning action makes it suitable for numerous different types of cleaning jobs such as; bottle washing, smokehouse cleaning, tank cleaning, and many other applications.
Use Liquid Excel 425 at a concentration between 0.5-3.5% at a temperature of 68-82°C. The exact concentration and temperature will depend on the nature of the soil to be removed and the cleaning method.
This cleaning product is a highly concentrated alkaline which can cause severe burns if handled improperly. Always wear goggles, or a face shield, and alkaline resistant skin protection when handling this product
