Liquor Quik Anisette

Flavour Essence:

"Anisette (Pastis)" is a sweet aniseed flavored liqueur which emulsifies (becomes milky) when mixed with water. 

Instructions: 

Pour the contents of this bottle and  230 g of granulated sugar into a 1 L bottle.

Fill with 750 ml of 20-25% ABV store purchased distilled alcohol, or vodka.

Shake until the sugar has completely dissolved. If desired, thicken with 29 ml of Glycerine.

Makes approximately 850 ml.
