14148-12 PET Caps with Blue Liner 12 pk 

Better seal on the bottles and hold carbonation better, but some people find them difficult to apply and remove from their bottles.

14151-12 PET Caps with White Liner 12 pk

Easier to apply and remove, but they don't form as good a seal and don't hold carbonation as well as the blue-liner caps.
