The Power Controller is a low-cost solution, ideal for electric brew kettles and other applications where temperature control isn’t needed.

NOTE: This product does not read or control temperature.
Unlike unreliable "dimmer switch" controllers with non-linear outputs, the patent-pending Blichmann Power Controller makes maintaining the perfect boil intensity and heating rate easier and comes in 120V or 240V models. The tried-and-true Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) method controls the percentage of time heaters are energized over short one-second intervals, making the boiling process gentler on your heater, and eliminating electrical noise.
Other features:
- The integral DIN rail groove in the back allows the connection of multiple controllers and relay modules for table or wall mounting.
- Unique enclosure route cables out of the back for table mounting or out of the bottom for wall mounting.
- An integral heat sink keeps the industrial-grade, UL-listed solid-state relay (SSR) cool, extending the controller's life.
