Flavour Essence:
Vibrant yellow, sweet, and with the distinct citrus tang of lemons; this traditional Itallian liqueur makes a delicious after dinner drink!
Instructions:
Pour the contents of this bottle and 300 g of granulated sugar into a large pitcher; 2.35L.
Fill with 1.75 L of 25-30% ABV store purchased distilled alcohol, or vodka.
Shake well to mix thoroughly. If desired, thicken with 50 mL of Glycerine.
Makes approximately 2.05 L of lemon liqueur.
The liqueur may now be consumed directly or used to flavor coffees, syrups, baked goods, confectionary or ice creams.
Extract may also be added directly to food and beverages without the addition of alcohol or sugar at a dosage rate of 1-3% by volume.
