Pump - Zambelli T-25

The Zambelli T-25 Single-Speed Flexible Impeller Pump is suited for decanting wine and alimentary liquids. The 1.0 HP motor pumps 42 liters (11 gallons) per minute. It is constructed from AISI 304 Stainless Steel. The flexible impeller is made of food-grade high density EPDM (a far more durable and chemically resiliant substance than traditional rubber or silicone), giving it the ability to transfer fermenting wine with sediment and debris (not must). Suction is ambivalent in both rotating directions and the unbroken flow avoids shaking the transferred juices. The pump is outfitted with an integrated bypass valve to reduce the outflow rate. Includes stainless steel "Export Trolley" cart.
