Available every spring, but for a limited time only! And only by pre-order. Each 23 L/6 US gal pail is supplied with the right balance of oak chips (if you want them), and the level of toast as well as the quantity have been matched to each individual Fresh Grape Must.

Unlike our kits and Alljuice pails, the Fresh Juices do not come with any yeast, nutrient, potassium metabisulfite, potassium sorbate, fining agents, or labels. When we call you about a week ahead of the pickup date, we’ll help you sort all that out.

The pickup date has not yet been confirmed. In the past, Chile and South Africa have arrived on one day and Australia another, but this year, all juices will arrive on the same day
