A specialist active dried Rum distiller’s yeast. This strain produces an optimum congener profile for full-flavoured, smooth and rounded rum spirit.

Still Spirits Distiller's Range enables you to design recipes with more freedom and creativity compared to pre-blended ingredients. The packet is yeast only. Nutrients and enzymes are available separately.

For batch sizes up to 25 L/ 6.6 US gallons.
