The all-natural strawberry fruit puree from Brewer's Orchard adds an intense and characteristic aroma and flavor of fresh strawberries in beer and mead. Only ripe, healthy, and non-GMO strawberries are used to make this puree.

The puree is a completely natural product; undiluted, unconcentrated, and preservative-free. Contains no seeds and has been commercially sterilized.

The puree can be added directly to the primary or secondary fermenter- do not boil.

The rivers and nutrients from the Los Andes Mountains and Caribbean and Pacific coasts feed the fruits with intense aromas and flavors that make them unique. Brewer's Orchard™ is a natural product, undiluted, not concentrated, not fermented and preservative-free.

Shelf life: 18 months at room temperature

To maintain color, flavor, and aroma, storage in a cool, dry place at temperatures below 75°F is recommended. In temperatures above 75°F it is recommended to refrigerate below 43°F. Once opened, the product should be consumed as soon as possible and kept refrigerated or frozen.
