Before using

Lightly apply food grade lubricant to the T-Screw hole (Vasaline or Similar)

Sanitize unit prior to use 

Hard and Large fruit (Apples, Pears, or similar) should be crushed or broken down by hand prior to being pressed

MAINTENANCE

1. Wash unit after using it

2. Store Press indoors in a dry place if possible (never store/dry unit under direct sun)

3. From time to time hand tighten the basket screws

4. When needed, lightly apply Food Grad Lubricant to the T-Screw hole (Vaseline or Similar)
