Tower of Power™ Gas Controller

The Tower of Power™ Modular Brewing Control is, by name, modular in nature. You can purchase a control module separately and mount and integrate into your existing brewing system plumbing. Or if you do not have the necessary valving, pumps etc., you  can purchase the Tower module that provides all the needed plumbing and provides a convenient stand for the control module. With the Tower of Power™ system, ramp times are fast, automatic, and control is outstanding. Easily maintain +/-0.5­ F stability.

Ultra high precision and accuracy PID controller. Class A precision RTD sensor.

A pilotless electronic ignition control system that adapts to any burner (gas or propane). Industrial ignitiion electrode and high quality silicone/carbon fiber ignition wire.

US-made gas solenoid valve for installation on burner gas supply.
