Nutrex 370 is also a top-of-the-line, "primary grown" yeast product. It provides sterols and unsaturated fatty acids, which are "survival factors" needed for healthy cell memranes that resist alcohol toxicity longer, and can help protet against heat and cold shock. Yeast Hulls also absorb toxic yeast byproducts such as decanoic acid, and residual pesticides fromthe vineyard.
