Recommended for white and rosé wines but especially for Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc. 

• Specie: Metschnikowia pulcherrima • Fermentation temperature: 15-22°C (59-71°F). Optimal temperature is 18-20°C (64-68°F) 

• Alcohol tolerance – The use of Go-Ferm Protect Evolution is highly recommended during the rehydration of FLAVIA due to the low alcohol tolerance of this yeast. 

• To be used in sequential inoculation with Lallemand Saccharomyces cerevisiae Lalvin QA23
