Apollo is often described as a "DANK" hop by brewers.
Characterized by its exceptionally high percentage of Alpha Acids, it has excellent storage stability. It has citrus notes, with an emphasis on orange. It is resiny, and spicy.
Used sparingly this hop can add some tropical notes to your brew, however larger amounts will bring out more "dank" flavours like: Herb, Pungent Hop Resin, and Spice.
