Intense, tropical and dubbed fittingly after the Haitian god of agriculture. Lots of ripe Mango and Citrus, with twinges of Apples, Pears, and pine needles throughout. As it is such an aromatic variety, Azacca™ is a brewer's go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has already made it a favorite of IPA brewers.
With a simple grain bill, this hop can really shine.
