SRM: 50
Malt: 72.2% Lager, 13% Caramalt, 12% Crystal and 2.8% Roasted malts
Hops, bittering: Green Bullet, Pacific Gem
ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1kg dextrose)

Brew with 1kg dextrose for a more bitter finish. For more body, colour and malt flavour, use 3 lb Amber or Dark dry malt extract instead of sugar.
