Light Crystal Malt, Crystal 50/60L Malt, from Bairds Malting, UK.

Used to give the characteristic colour and flavour of UK bitters and pale ales. Imparts toffee, caramel, sweet, nutty, stewed fruit, treacle, raisin flavours and red hues. Light Crystal is a softer, less intense version of Bairds' standard Medium Crystal malt.

Bulk grain by the kg in stock. Full bag by request.
