Mixture of condensed and hydrolysable tannins, designed specifically to favour the stabilization of red wine colour.
When added during maceration, it protects the coloured molecule from oxidation and participates in the formation of tannin-anthocyanin complexes which are stable with time. At the same time, it reinforces the structure of the wine and imparts gustatory harmony. When used in combination with fining proteins, it can aide in clarification without affecting structure.
The granulated form of ENARTIS TAN ROUGE easily dissolves in water or wine, and reduces the formation of powder that can be irritating to cellar workers.
Dosage: During Maceration (100-200g/ton), During Wine Maturation (5-15g/hl)
