Hungarian oak barrel complete with a cradle/stand (depending on size). Barrels are toasted to a medium level.

Hungarian oak trees are smaller than French or American oaks, creating fine grain and extremely subtle extractions.

They also impart less tannin than French oak. Toasting levels are closely monitored to ensure that all medium toast barrels have a warm, sweet character with strong vanilla overtones and a hint of butterscotch.
