Peractic Acid (Purisan) is for use in the food and beverage industry, industrial laundries and in the treatment of cooling water, process and wastewater.

Purisan can replace hypochlorite and halogenated disinfectants to eliminate formation of halogenated organics and corrosion of equipment.

This product has a high oxidization potential and is very reactive and exhibits excellent bactericidal/fungicidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms in cold or warm water; in most cases potable water rinsing is not necessary.

Purisan contains 25-28% Hydrogen Peroxide, 6-8% Acetic Acid, and 5-5.4% Peracetic Acid. 

This product may cause severe irritation and/or possible chemical burns upon contact with skin or eyes, so ALWAYS follow safe handling procedures and wear protective gear when using this product.
