Italian Bitters is a unique blend of over 60 herbs, adding an intense, complex bitter flavor to any drink.

Similar to amaro, an Italian herbal liqueur that is commonly consumed as an after-dinner digestif. It usually has a bitter-sweet taste.

Flavour Essence:

An Italian herbal liqueur that is commonly consumed as an after-dinner digestif. It usually has a bitter-sweet taste.

 

Instructions: Pour the contents of this bottle and 1-1/2 cup (350 g) of granulated sugar into a large pitcher; 80 U.S. fl. oz. (2.5 quarts). Fill with 59 U.S. fl. oz. (2 L) of 25-30% ABV neutral alcohol, vodka or Prestige™ Black Label Turbo X-Press. 

Shake well to mix thoroughly. If desired, thicken with 1.7 fl. oz. (50 mL) of Prestige™ Glycerine. Makes approximately 70 fl. oz. (2.07 L). 

The liqueur may now be consumed directly or used to flavor coffees, syrups, baked goods, confectionary or ice creams.
