Dosage: 50–150 g/hL. Bench trials recommended.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  1. Slowly add the desired amount of NaCalit® PORE-TEC into 3-5 times its weight of room-temperature water while constantly stirring.
  2. Allow to swell and settle for at least 4-6 hours; with 12 hours being the optimum for best results.
  3. If desired, pour off the excess water, then add a small amount of the wine to be treated. Mix thoroughly to resuspend the bentonite.
  4. Add to wine to be treated. Add to the wine within 24 hours of hydration Mix thoroughly.
  5. Allow to settle for at least 24 hours, up to 1 week.
